Ellora Mirror is a monumental floor-standing mirror conceived as both a functional object and a sculptural installation. Inspired by bundled branches, natural growth, and primitive architecture, the piece blurs the boundary between furniture and art. Hand-selected branches rise from the floor, enveloping the reflective surface before erupting outward in an expressive crown, giving the impression that the mirror has emerged organically from the earth itself.

The composition is defined by contrasting elements: the solidity of wood against the fragility of glass, the precision of the mirror against the unpredictability of nature. Large leather bindings cinch the branches at strategic points, transforming the chaotic growth into a deliberate architectural gesture.

Ellora is available in two distinct versions.

 Ellora Mirror I — Chromatic Edition

The original expression of Ellora celebrates color, craft, and artistic exuberance. Vibrant hand-painted branches in shades of crimson, emerald, indigo, ochre, and violet frame the mirror, creating an installation that feels playful yet monumental.

A small cluster of branches extends across the center of the mirror, partially obscuring the reflection and transforming the object into an immersive piece of art.

 Ellora Mirror II — Musasa Edition

The Musasa edition interprets Ellora through a more restrained and earthy lens. Dark reddish-brown Musasa branches retain their rough bark and natural texture, while three oversized leather straps gather the composition at carefully chosen intervals.

The branches radiate outward from the upper corners and extend onto the floor, creating the impression that the mirror has grown from the landscape itself. A small central cluster interrupts approximately ten percent of the reflective surface, preserving functionality while reinforcing its sculptural identity.
