Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

For made-to-order, handcrafted, or special-order pieces, additional lead times may apply. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be noted on the product page.

 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, availability, destination, and shipping method.

In-stock items are typically delivered within 7–21 business days following processing. Larger furniture pieces, custom orders, or internationally sourced items may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, order size, and shipping method.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 International Shipping

Seraph & Stone ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country.

 Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. Seraph & Stone is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
