Seraph & Stone – Policies

By placing an order with Seraph & Stone, you agree to the following store policies and terms.

1. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days following payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines generally range between 7–21 business days, depending on destination, product type, and shipping carrier. Certain handcrafted, oversized, or specially sourced pieces may require additional lead times.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external circumstances may occasionally occur and remain outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To qualify:

  •  Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  •  Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  •  Proof of purchase is required

Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, final sale, or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Seraph & Stone reserves the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, misuse, damage after delivery, or do not meet the return requirements outlined above.

 3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may enter processing, sourcing, or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

4. Payments & Security

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers, including PayPal, Stripe, and major debit and credit cards.

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.

Seraph & Stone does not store, sell, or share payment information.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill and manage your order, including:

* Name

* Shipping address

* Email address

* Phone number (where applicable)

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and operational communication.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted fulfillment, logistics, or payment partners as necessary to process your order.

6. Dispute Resolution

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

* Your order number

* Clear photographs of the issue

* Packaging images where applicable


Our team will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund eligibility in accordance with this policy.

We are committed to reviewing all claims fairly and in good faith.

 7. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Poland.

By purchasing from Seraph & Stone, you agree that any legal matters or disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Poland.
