Return & Refund Policy

At Seraph & Stone, we want every piece to feel at home in your space. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept eligible returns under the following conditions:

* Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

* The return period begins on the date your order is marked “delivered”by the shipping carrier.

* Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

* Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or specially sourced pieces

* Final sale items

* Gift cards

* Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:


* Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

* Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

* Email us at hello@seraphandstone.com

We will review the issue promptly and work toward an appropriate resolution.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

* Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your payment provider

* Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would prefer a different item, we kindly ask that you submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.

International Orders

For international purchases, customers are responsible for:

* Return shipping costs

* Any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or local handling charges


 Important Information

Please note:

* Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

* Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.

* Certain furniture, oversized, or special-order pieces may be considered final sale, unless damaged upon arrival.
